P-1329 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PORT-OWNED PERSONAL <br /> PROPERTY (2 AUTOMOBILES) SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING SALE <br /> THEREOF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TWO (2) 1978 Chevrolet Malibu sedans owned by the <br />Port of Redwood City are no longer required for Port or other <br />municipal purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the appraised value of said vehicles is less than <br /> <br />Five Thousand Dollars, each; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Board hereby finds and declares that those Two (2) <br />certain 1978 model Chevrolet Malibu automobiles owned by the Port <br />of Redwood City are no longer required for Port or other <br />municipal purposes, and said automobiles shall be, and are <br />hereby, declared surplus; and, this Board hereby further finds <br />that the appraised value of said automobiles is less than Five <br />Thousand Dollars, each. <br /> <br /> 2. The Port Executive Director (Manager) is hereby <br />authorized and directed to sell said automobiles for any <br />reasonable amount, without public notice or public bid, pursuant <br />to the provisions of Section 3-1/2(d) of the Charter of the City <br />of Redwood City. ~ <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwood City, this llth day of April , 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
