P-1325 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> (RMC LONESTAR) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement by and among RMC Lonestar, a <br />California general partnership, the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, acting by and <br />through its Board of Port Commissioners, and Seament, Inc., a <br />Delaware corporation, entitled "Settlement Agreement" providing <br />for the terms and conditions of settlement of that certain action <br />entitled RMC Lonestar v. Port of Redwood City, et al. S.M. Cnty. <br />Supr. Ct. No. 342763, a copy of which Settlement Agreement is on <br />file in the office of the Port Executive Director (Port Manager), <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Port Executive Director <br />(Port Manager) and Secretary of this Commission are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively., said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwood 'City, this 24th day of January , 1990. <br /> <br /> AYES, and in favor of said resolution, Commissioners: <br /> Bennett, Castle, Dodge, Small, Smith <br /> <br /> NOES, Commissioners: None <br /> <br /> <br />
