<br />,. <br /> <br />.> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REG:yc:ll/7/60-7 <br /> <br />;...-' <br /> <br />RES 0 L U T 1. 0 N N o. 3242 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICA- <br />TIONS FOR RESURFACING OF TENNIS COURTS AT COMMUNITY <br />PARK AND MEZES PARK, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, AND <br />AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted to this Council <br /> <br />certain specifications for the construction of resurfacing of <br /> <br />tennis courts at Community Park and Mezes Park in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled aGeneral Specifica- <br /> <br />tions and Special Provisions for the Resurfacing of Tennis Courts <br /> <br />at Community Park & Mezes Park in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California,. dated November 2, 1960, prepared by the City Engineer <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby ap- <br /> <br />proved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to ad- <br /> <br />vertise for bids for the construction of said resurfacing of <br /> <br />tennis courts at Community Park and Mezes Park, in accordance <br /> <br />with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in <br /> <br />the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in <br /> <br />the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
