DES:djk 0 ~.6/80 (#001/26) <br /> DES:dj 10717/89R <br /> <br /> RESOLTUION P-1320 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> IMPACT REPORT <br /> <br /> (APPLICATION OF REDWOOD CITY SERVICES CORP.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Redwood City Services Corporation (the "Project <br />Proponent") proposes to construct, operate and maintain an oil/ <br />water separation facility (the "Project") on Port-owned lands <br />under lease from the Port of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an environmental impact report ("EIR") heretofore <br />has been prepared for a similar project on Port-owned lands, but <br />the Project Proponent proposes to relocate the Project to a <br />different site; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. P-966, <br />the Port's regulations implementive of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), agreements for the <br />preparation of EIRs for private projects shall be entered into <br />between the Port of Redwood City and Consultants, subject to <br />funding therefor by the Project Proponent; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br />Board an agreement for the preparation of a supplemental EIR for <br /> <br />the Project with Donaldson Associates, of Albany, California; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS ~OLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br />of Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (Application of <br /> <br /> <br />
