RESOLUTION NO. P-1317 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING 3UNE 30, <br />1989. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement (C.G. Uh~enberg & Company letter of agreement <br />dated February 7, 1989) by and between C.G. Uhlenberg & Company, and the City of <br />Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners, providing for <br />the performance by said Accountants of professiona! auditing services for the Port <br />Department for the Fiscal Year ending 3une 30, 1989, a copy of which agreement is <br />presently on file in the office of the Port Manager to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the President of the Board of Port Commissioners and the Port <br />Executive Director are hereby authorized and directed to to execute the same for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port Commissioners of <br />Redwood City, this 14th day of 3une, 1989, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, Bennett, Dodge, Small, Smith <br /> <br /> NOES, <br /> <br /> ABSENT, Commissioners Castle <br /> <br /> President, Boar~ Po¢{ Commissioners <br /> <br />04/06/89 <br />400.005 <br /> <br /> <br />
