<br />I ,.....:l <br /> <br />. -- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REG:yc:lO/31/60-7 <br /> <br />RES 0 L U T 1. 0 N N o. 3232 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING STREET SUPERINTENDENT' S REPORT <br />AND AMENDED ASSESSMENT, ASSESSMENT NO. 10, INDUSTRIAL <br />WAY IMPROVEMENTS, BOND SERIES 1955-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3214, adopted October 3, 1960, <br /> <br /> <br />this Council authorized the street Superintendent of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City to file a report and amended assessment to Assess- <br /> <br />ment No. 10, Industrial Way Improvements, Bond Series 1955-2, to <br /> <br />facilitate the sale of a portion of the property on which the <br /> <br />assessment is levied: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Part 10 (commencing at Section 8730) of Division 10 <br />of the streets and Highways Code establishes a procedure for the <br /> <br />division of such an assessment: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said Part 10, the Street Superintendent <br /> <br />has filed his report and amended assessment with the City Clerk: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That this Council has received evidence showing and has <br /> <br />found that the City Clerk has caused notice for a public hearing <br />to be published pursuant to the provisions of said Part 10. <br />2. That any and all objections to the division of the assess- <br /> <br />ment presented at said public hearing are hereby overruled. <br /> <br />3. That the Street Superintendent' s report and amended <br /> <br />assessment for Assessment No. 10, Industrial Way Improvements, <br /> <br />Bond Series 1955-2, presently on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk is hereby confirmed. <br /> <br /> <br />4. That the City Clerk is hereby direclhed to file the <br /> <br /> <br />amended assessment with the City Auditor pursuant to said Part 10. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
