RESOLUT1.0N N O. 3228 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER- PROOFING TWO 4-MILLION GALLON REINFORCED CONCRETE WATER TANKS AT SEQUOIA RESERVOIRS; AND, AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR 1~EREAS, the City Engineer has submitted to this Council certain plans and specifications for waterproofing of two 4-million gallon reinforced concrete water tanks at the Sequoia Reservoirs, Redwood City; and, WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the construction thereof; NOvJ, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOlVS: 1. Those certain specifications entitled "General Specifica- tions and Special Provisions for the Waterproofing of Two 4-Million Gallon Reinforced Concrete Water Tanks, in the City of Redwood City Cclifornia,1I prepared by the City Engineer and on file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved. 2. Those certain plans entitled lISequoia Reservoir Water- proofing of 2 4-Million Gallon Water Tanks," consisting of three sheets, prepared by the City Engineer and on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for the waterproofing of said two 4-million gallon water reservoirs, in accordance with the plans and speci- fications therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain UNotice to Contractorstr set forth in the abovementioned specifications. * * *
