<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3222 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS <br />PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />(MARSHALL STREET IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3199 of this Council ordering same, <br />adopted September 19, 1960, notice has been duly given of the intention <br />of this Council to change and modify the proceedings under Resolution No. <br />1808 of Intention to Form Parking District in the City of Redwood City <br />and to Issue Bonds to Pay the Costs and Expenses Thereof, Parking Dis- <br />trict No.1, adopted on December 20, 1954; <br />WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests <br />against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to <br />be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things <br /> <br />pertaining to said changes and modifications were fully heard and consid- <br /> <br />ered by this Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that: <br /> <br />1. All protest$ and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled. <br /> <br /> <br />2. It is hereby determined that all of the territory within the dis- <br /> <br />trict will be benefited by the acquisitions and improvements remaining <br />after said changes and modifications. <br /> <br />3. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said Resolu- <br /> <br />tion of Intention to be made and had, all as more particularly described <br /> <br />and set forth in said Resolution No. 3199 adopted September 19, 1960. <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy <br />of a resolution which was adopted and passed by the City Council of the <br />City of Redwood City, California, at a meeting thereof held on the lOth <br />day of October , 1960, by the following vote of the members thereof: <br /> <br />AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Fields, Herkner, Rosselli, <br /> <br />Royer, Stehle and Mayor Weymouth. <br />NOES, Councilmen: none <br /> <br />ABSENT, Councilmen: <br /> <br />Granger AJ <br />~ b //t~ <br />City Clerk of the City of Redwood City' <br /> <br />APPR~ <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
