RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEER TO FILE AMENDED ASSESSMENT, ASSESS~mNT NO. 10, INDUSTRIAL WAY IMPROVEMENTS, BOND SERIES 1955-2 3214 WHEREAS, application has been made to the Street Superintendent of the City of Redwood City for an amendment to Assessment No. 10, Industrial Way Improvements, Bond Series 1955-2, to facilitate the sale of a portion of the property upon which the assessment is levied; and ~rnEREAS, Part 10 (commencing at Section 8730) of Division 10 of the streets and Highways Code establishes a procedure for the division of such an assessment; and ~YHEREAS. Ordinance No. 631 establishes a procedure and general requirements for the division of all real property within the City of Redwood City; and vrnEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to initiate bond division proceedings pursuant to the above cited Part 10, provided that the provisions of Ordinance No. 631 are complied with; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Street Superintendent of the City of Redwood City is hereby directed to file with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the parcel of land affected by Assessment No. 10, Industrial Way Improvements, Bond Series 1955-2, pursuant to the provisions of Part 10, Division 10, Streets and Highways Code. 2. That any such action by the street Superintendent shall be subject to the condition precedent that all proceedings for the division of the parcel pursuant to Ordinance No. 631, including the satisfying of any and all conditions relative to the division, be completed. * * *
