<br />-/.' <br />?~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REG:yc:9/l6/60-7 <br /> <br />RESOLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N o. 3206 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING ANNEXED TERRITORY KNOWN AS <br />llEDGECLIFF ANNEXATIONll FROM EMERALD LAKE LIGHTING <br />DISTRICT AND WOODSIDE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hereinafter described territory known as <br /> <br />UEdgecliff Annexationtl was annexed to the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />by Ordinance No. 973, said annexation being effective on <br /> <br />September -2, 1960; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said area is included in the Emerald Lake Lighting <br /> <br />District and Woodside Fire Protection District; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE :- <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19290 of the <br /> <br />Streets and Highways Code of the state of California the herein- <br /> <br />after described property known as "Edgecliff Annexation" is <br /> <br />hereby declared withdrawn from the Emerald Lake Lighting District. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 14218 of the <br /> <br />Health and Safety Code of the State of California the hereinafter <br /> <br />described property known as ltEdgecliff Annexationlt is hereby <br /> <br />declared withdrawn from the Woodside Fire Protection District. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of <br /> <br />this resolution to the state Board of Equalization, the San Mateo <br /> <br />County Assessor, the Emerald Lake Lighting District and the <br /> <br />Woodside Fire Protection District. <br /> <br />4. The withdrawal of the following described territory from <br /> <br />the Emerald Lake Lighting District and the Woodside Fire Pro- <br /> <br />tection District shall be effective on the date of adoption of <br /> <br />this resolution. <br /> <br />5.
