That public convenience and necessity require the <br />improvements described in said Resolution No. 3139. <br /> <br />2. That any and '-1.11 objections and protests made pursuant <br />to said resolution be, and the s2me are, hereby overruled and <br />denied. <br /> <br />3. That the i~)rovements described in said resolution be <br />made under and pursuant to the provisions of Article I of <br /> <br />Ordinance No. J33, entitled trRedwood City Improvement Procedure <br /> <br />Ordinancetl, adopted r/Iarch 14; 1932, as amended, <br /> <br />and the.t the Special Assessment, Investigation, Limi tat ion and <br />Majority Protest Act of 1931 shall not apply to said proceedings. <br /> <br />if- .;" ~(o <br />
