<br />// <br />...'6' -,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REG:yc:7/15/60-7 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 314rr <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR BROADWAY <br />IMPRO~{ENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE CALLING OF BIDS <br /> <br />\~EREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifica- <br /> <br />tions for the construction of Broadway improvements; and <br /> <br />~mEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City has reviewed <br /> <br />said plans and specifications and desires to approve the same and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to call for bids for the con~ <br /> <br />struction of the above mentioned project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED1ft,TOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLO~JS: <br /> <br />1. That those certain above mentioned plans entitled "City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, Engineering Department" I\J1ajor Ci ty Street <br /> <br /> <br />Project No. 80, Broadway Improvement Plans, Charter street to Second <br /> <br />Avenue,tt and those certain above mentioned specifications entitled <br />"General Specifications and Special Provisions for the Construction <br /> <br />of Major City street Project NOe 80, Broadway Improvements (Second <br /> <br /> <br />Avenue to Charter Street) in the City of Redwood City, California," <br /> <br />copies of which plans and specifications are presently on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Engineer, to which copies reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof, are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby auth- <br />orized and directed to call for bids for the above mentioned <br /> <br />construction project. <br /> <br />.- <br />~r <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />.. <br />-;" <br />
