<br />,-- <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RJlek:7/18/60-7 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REE.OLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N o. 3146 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF PERMIT <br />FROM PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR SPOILS DISPOSAL <br />AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City intends to construct <br /> <br />improvements, additions, and betterments to the Redwood City <br /> <br />Municipal Marina adjacent to Harbor Boulevard in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, and in connection therewith intends to accomplish <br /> <br />certain dredging; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City has requested of Pacific Gas and <br /> <br />Electric Company the right to utilize its right of way along <br /> <br />the east side of Harbor Boulevard for the disposal of spoils <br /> <br />resulting from the abovementioned dredging; and, <br /> <br />l~REAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has consented to <br /> <br />the utilization of such right of way, subject to certain condi- <br /> <br />tions; <br /> <br />Nrn'l, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDvlOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain spoils disposal easement, attached hereto, <br /> <br />marked Exhibit llAIl, and by this reference incorporated herein, <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City and to assume the obligations provided for therein. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
