<br />~ " <br /> <br />.......... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REG:yc:7/1l/60:'7 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 3141 <br /> <br />adopted July 11, 1960 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING IHPROVENENT OF A PUBLIC ALLEY <br />AND RIGHT OF WAY IN THE VICINITY OF BROADWAY, CASSIA, <br />BEECH AND SPRING STREETS, ArID AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AN IMPROVill1ENT AGRE~J1ENT <br /> <br />vuTEREAS, in connection ~rlth the development of a portion of <br /> <br />the block bounded by Broadway, Cassia, Beech and Spring Streets, <br /> <br />Oddstad Homes desires to improve a public alley and right of way <br /> <br />in the above mentioned block and has requested permission of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City to proceed with said improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City desires to <br /> <br /> <br />permit the improvement of that public alley and right of way in <br /> <br />accordance with standard specifications and to authorize the ex- <br /> <br />ectuion of an agreement for said improvements; <br /> <br />NOH, THER]~FORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OP 'rHE CITY OP REDHOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOL1~Ov'JS: <br /> <br />1. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and said owners or developers which is marked trExhibit <br />A,n attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out a.t length <br />herein, is hereby approved and the City Manager/and or Mayor is <br /> <br />hereby au thorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2.
