<br />, ,,' <br /> <br />~- <br /> <br />... .,.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REG:yc:6/27/60-7 <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />.., .// <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />3128 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PRO- <br />VISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 631, BEING THE SUB- <br />DIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7 o~ Ordinance No. 631, the <br /> <br /> <br />Subdivision Ordinance o~ the City of Redwood City, the Planning <br /> <br />Commission has received and recommended approval of the application <br /> <br />of Edgar W. Wilson and Margaret L. Wilson for an exception to the <br /> <br /> <br />provisions of Section 5.31 of said Ordinance No. 631 to allow the <br /> <br />subdivision of the hereinafter described property into two lots, <br /> <br /> <br />one o~ which would have an area of 5,200 square feet instead of <br /> <br /> <br />the required 6,000 square feet; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide is <br /> <br /> <br />made is all that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, located <br /> <br />on Rose Avenue, described as follows: <br /> <br />Portion of Lot 3, Block 6, FRIENDLY ACRES NO.2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said applicants have submitted a map o~ the proposed <br /> <br /> <br />subdivision in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 631 <br /> <br /> <br />and said map has been recommended for approval by the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Commission and has been reviewed by the Council of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to this <br /> <br /> <br />Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist which <br /> <br />affect said property; that the exception applied for is necessary <br /> <br />for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights <br /> <br /> <br />of petitioners; and that the granting o~ said exception will not <br /> <br /> <br />be detrimental to the public welfare or adversely af~ectother <br /> <br />property in the neighborhood; and <br />
