<br />f <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />fi <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.,~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />3122 <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING PROTESTS IN <br />RELATION TO PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT AND DIRECTING NOTICE <br /> <br />JONES COURT <br /> <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3120 <br />of this Council, adopted pursuant to Article II-A of Ordinance <br />No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, entitled "Redwood City <br /> <br />Improvement Procedure Ordinance", as amended, the City <br /> <br />Engineer of said City has filed with the Clerk of this City <br /> <br />the written report called for pursuant to said Ordinance, <br /> <br /> <br />which report has been presented by said City Clerk to this <br /> <br />Council for consideration, and this Council has considered <br /> <br />and preliminarily approved and confirmed said report, and <br /> <br />ordered that the same stand as the report for the purposes <br /> <br /> <br />of all subsequent proceedings had pursuant to said Resolution <br /> <br />of Intention. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, said Council hereby finds, orders, and <br /> <br />determines as follows: <br /> <br />1. That Monday, the 1st day of August, 1960, at the hour <br /> <br />of eight o'clock P.M., in the regular meeting place of said <br /> <br />Council, Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br /> <br />Records, Redwood City, California, be, and the same are, <br /> <br />hereby apPointed and fixed as the time and place for hearing <br /> <br /> <br />protests in relation to the proposed improvements called for <br /> <br />under said Resolution of Intention and more particularly <br /> <br />provided for in said report. <br /> <br />2. The Clerk of this City is hereby ordered and directed <br />to give notice of said hearing by two (2) successive insertions <br /> <br />in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper pUblished and circu- <br /> <br />lated in said City, and by causing to be conspicuously posted <br /> <br />-1- <br />
