<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />/" <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ Q. <br /> <br />3121 <br /> <br />adopted 6/27/60 <br /> <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> <br />JONES COURT <br /> <br />RES o IN ED , by the Council of Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. That on the 27th day of June, 1960, said Council <br /> <br />did adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 3120 <br /> <br />to open, <br /> <br />establish and improve Jones Court in the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />by constructing and installing therein paving, curbs, gutters, <br /> <br />sidewalks, storm drainage facilities, sanitary sewer facilities, <br /> <br />water distribution system (including fire hydrants), the acqui- <br /> <br />sition of property necessary therefor, and all other work <br /> <br />auxiliary to the above which may be reasonably required to <br /> <br />carry out the same in said City. <br /> <br />2. That the proposed improvement was referred to the <br /> <br />City Engineer, he being the officer having charge and control <br /> <br />of the construction of public improvements in and for the said <br /> <br />City of the kind described therein, and being a competent <br /> <br />person employed by said City for that purpose. <br /> <br />3. That the said City Engineer has made and filed with <br /> <br />the City Clerk of said City a report in writing as called for <br /> <br />in said Resolution of Intention and under and pursuant to the <br /> <br />provisions of Article II-A of Ordinance No. 333 of said City, <br /> <br /> <br />adopted March 14, 1932, as amended, (being the Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />Improvement Procedure Ordinance) which report has been presented <br /> <br />to this Council for consideration. <br /> <br />4. That said Council has duly considered said report, <br /> <br />and each and every part thereof, and finds that each and every <br /> <br />part of said report is sufficient and should not be modified <br /> <br />in any respect. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, said Council hereby orders as follows: <br /> <br />-1- <br />
