~ . . /" ( RES 0 L UTI 0 N ~ Q. 3121 adopted 6/27/60 PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT JONES COURT RES o IN ED , by the Council of Redwood City, California, as follows: 1. That on the 27th day of June, 1960, said Council did adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 3120 to open, establish and improve Jones Court in the City of Redwood City by constructing and installing therein paving, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, storm drainage facilities, sanitary sewer facilities, water distribution system (including fire hydrants), the acqui- sition of property necessary therefor, and all other work auxiliary to the above which may be reasonably required to carry out the same in said City. 2. That the proposed improvement was referred to the City Engineer, he being the officer having charge and control of the construction of public improvements in and for the said City of the kind described therein, and being a competent person employed by said City for that purpose. 3. That the said City Engineer has made and filed with the City Clerk of said City a report in writing as called for in said Resolution of Intention and under and pursuant to the provisions of Article II-A of Ordinance No. 333 of said City, adopted March 14, 1932, as amended, (being the Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance) which report has been presented to this Council for consideration. 4. That said Council has duly considered said report, and each and every part thereof, and finds that each and every part of said report is sufficient and should not be modified in any respect. NOW, THEREFORE, said Council hereby orders as follows: -1-
