N _ N O. <br /> <br />3118 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF REVOCABLE PERMIT TO <br />METROPOLITAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Metropolitan Broadcasting Corporation, through its <br />Foster and Kleiser Division for outdoor advertising, desires to <br />erect and maintain an outdoor advertising structure for public <br /> <br />service display advertising within the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the location at which it is desired to erect said <br /> <br /> <br />advertising structure is that parcel of public property bounded <br /> <br /> <br />by Main, Hancock and Buckeye streets; and <br /> <br /> <br />~lliEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant a revocable <br /> <br />permit for the erection and maintenance of s~id advertising structure; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLO'VIS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br />revocable permit allowing the Metropolitan Broadcasting Corporation <br /> <br />to erect and maintain an outdoor advertising structure on that <br /> <br />publicly owned parcel bounded by Main, Hancock and Buckeye Streets. <br /> <br />2. That the permit granted shall be for an advertising <br /> <br /> <br />structure of substantially the same construction and dimensions as, <br /> <br />and located in approximately the same position as, that advertising <br /> <br /> <br />structure depicted in "Exhibit A,1f attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />herein as if set out at length herein. <br /> <br />3. That the permit granted shall be in the form of that permit <br /> <br /> <br />entitled "Revocable Permit, Foster and Kleiser, Main Street," marked <br /> <br /> <br />"Exhibit B," attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out <br /> <br />at length herein. <br /> <br />.. <br />~('l <br /> <br />.. <br />~\' <br /> <br />~" <br /> <br />" <br />
