N _ N O. 3118 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF REVOCABLE PERMIT TO METROPOLITAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION WHEREAS, Metropolitan Broadcasting Corporation, through its Foster and Kleiser Division for outdoor advertising, desires to erect and maintain an outdoor advertising structure for public service display advertising within the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, the location at which it is desired to erect said advertising structure is that parcel of public property bounded by Main, Hancock and Buckeye streets; and ~lliEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant a revocable permit for the erection and maintenance of s~id advertising structure; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLO'VIS: 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a revocable permit allowing the Metropolitan Broadcasting Corporation to erect and maintain an outdoor advertising structure on that publicly owned parcel bounded by Main, Hancock and Buckeye Streets. 2. That the permit granted shall be for an advertising structure of substantially the same construction and dimensions as, and located in approximately the same position as, that advertising structure depicted in "Exhibit A,1f attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out at length herein. 3. That the permit granted shall be in the form of that permit entitled "Revocable Permit, Foster and Kleiser, Main Street," marked "Exhibit B," attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out at length herein. .. ~('l .. ~\' ~" "
