That the Council of Redwood City hereby <br />rejects all proposals and bids for doing the work of making the <br />improvements described in Resolution of Intention No. 3072 ex- <br />cept that next herein mentioned, and awards the contract for <br />doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest <br />responsible bidder, to wit: DOUGLASS AND WOODHOUSE, a <br />partnership, at the price named in said lowest responsible <br />bidder's bid, to which reference is hereby made for further <br />particulars. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby directed and authorized <br />to execute a contract on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />with said lowest responsible bidder for the performance of all <br />of the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 3072, <br />which contract shall provide that all work shall be done <br />strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Engineer's <br />Report and the plans and specifications approved by the Council <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
