<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />#~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 3106 <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS <br />REGENT STREET EXTENSION <br /> <br />RESOLVED~ BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, as <br /> <br />follows; <br /> <br />1. That pursuant to Resolution of Intention <br />No. 3072, adopted by said Council on May 9, 1960, and <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 3076, adopted by said Council <br />on May 9~ 1960~ ordering sale of bonds~ a notice of sale of <br />improvement bonds was duly given. <br />2. That Monday~ June 6~ 1960~ at the Supervisors <br />Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, Cali- <br />fornia, at the hour of 8:00 olclock P.M., was the time and <br />place fixed for opening bids for the sale of said bonds. <br />3. That bids for the sale of said improvement <br />bonds have been received and duly opened and declared by the <br />Council. <br /> <br />4. That all written bids received for the sale of <br />said bonds, except the bid next herein stated, have been, and <br />they hereby are, rejected, and that said bonds be, and they <br />hereby are ordered sold to <br /> <br />as the highest responsible bidder therefor, with interest to <br />the date of delivery of said bonds; said sale to be subject to <br />all the terms and conditions set forth in said resolution call- <br />ing for bids and in said accepted bid. <br />5. That the interest rate of said bonds is hereby <br />fixed at five and ~ per cent ( 5~ %) per ann~ said rate <br />being as set forth in the successful bidder1s proposal. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
