<br />r~ <br /> <br />.. <br />, <br /> <br />.. ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.J <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />3103 <br /> <br />ORDER ADOPTING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT, <br />CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT <br />AND ORDERING THE WORK <br /> <br />REGENT STREET EXTENSION <br /> <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY~ CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ on the 9th day of May, 1960, said Council <br /> <br />adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 3072 to acquire and <br /> <br />construct certain public improvements in and for a portion of <br /> <br />said City, and referred the proposed acquisitions and improve- <br /> <br />ments to the City Engineer of said City, he being the officer <br /> <br />having charge and control of the construction of public im- <br /> <br />provements in and for said City of the kind described in said <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention, and being a competent person employed <br /> <br />by said City for that purpose; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Council thereby directed said City <br /> <br />Engineer to make and file with the Clerk of said City a report <br /> <br />in writing, in accordance with and pursuant to Article II-A of <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 333 of said City, adopted March 14, 1932, as <br /> <br />amended; and <br /> <br />WrlEREAS, said report was duly made and filed with <br /> <br />the Clerk, whereupon the Clerk presented it to said Council for <br /> <br />consideration; <br /> <br />WHEREAS said Council thereupon duly considered said <br /> <br />report and each and every part thereof, and found that it con- <br /> <br />tained all the matters and things called for by the provisions <br />of Article II-A of said Ordinance No. 333, including (1) plans <br />and specifications of the proposed improvements, (2) maps and <br />descriptions of easements to be acquired, (3) estimate of costs, <br />(4) diagram of assessments, and (5) an assessment according to <br /> <br />benefits, all of which was done in the form and manner required <br /> <br />-1- <br />
