r~ .. , .. ~ . . .J RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 3103 ORDER ADOPTING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE WORK REGENT STREET EXTENSION RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY~ CALIFORNIA that WHEREAS~ on the 9th day of May, 1960, said Council adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 3072 to acquire and construct certain public improvements in and for a portion of said City, and referred the proposed acquisitions and improve- ments to the City Engineer of said City, he being the officer having charge and control of the construction of public im- provements in and for said City of the kind described in said Resolution of Intention, and being a competent person employed by said City for that purpose; and WHEREAS, said Council thereby directed said City Engineer to make and file with the Clerk of said City a report in writing, in accordance with and pursuant to Article II-A of Ordinance No. 333 of said City, adopted March 14, 1932, as amended; and WrlEREAS, said report was duly made and filed with the Clerk, whereupon the Clerk presented it to said Council for consideration; WHEREAS said Council thereupon duly considered said report and each and every part thereof, and found that it con- tained all the matters and things called for by the provisions of Article II-A of said Ordinance No. 333, including (1) plans and specifications of the proposed improvements, (2) maps and descriptions of easements to be acquired, (3) estimate of costs, (4) diagram of assessments, and (5) an assessment according to benefits, all of which was done in the form and manner required -1-
