RESOLUTION NO. P-1295 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. P-1019 (TARIFF NO. 6) <br /> TO CHANGE CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF SAID TARIFF NO. 6 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS Of The <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Resolution No. P -1019 (Tariff No. 6), adopted March 4, 1982, and <br /> <br />effective March 21, 1982, shall be, and the same is, hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> (a) By repeal and deletion of the matters set forth in said Tariff No. 6 on <br /> page designated: <br /> <br /> 4th Revised Page 41 <br /> <br /> (b) By adoption of the matters set forth on the page attached hereto and <br /> hereby made a part of this resolution, which page is designated: <br /> <br /> 5th Revised Page 41 <br /> 2. The above mentioned Tariff No. 6 shall be changed by inserting therein <br /> <br />the page attached hereto~ listed herein and made a part hereof~ and by deleting the <br />above mentioned cancelled page(s) as follows: <br /> <br /> Delete 4th Revised Page 41 and insert 5th Revised Page 41 <br /> <br /> 3. The amendment made hereby shah be effective on and after the date <br />specified in the attachments hereto. <br /> <br /> 4. Any and ali resolutions~ or parts thereof~ in conflict with the <br />provisions hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict only. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port Commissioners of the City <br />of Redwood City, this l~th day of 3uly, 1988. <br /> <br /> AYES~ and in favor of said resolution~ Commissioners: <br /> Castle, Bennett, Small, Dodge and.
