RESOLUTION NO. P-1293 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDED <br />JUNE 30, 1988. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement (C.G. Uhlenberg & Company letter of <br />agreement dated June 28, 1988) by and between C.G. Uhlenberg <br />& Co., and through its Board of Port Commissioners, <br />providing for the performance by said Accountants, and the <br />City of Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of <br />Port Commissioners, providing for the performance by said <br />Accountants of professional auditing services for the Port <br />Department for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1988, a copy <br />of which ~greement is presently on file in the office of the <br />Port Manager to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the President of the Board of Port <br />Commissioners and the Port Executive Director are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute the same for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwood City, this 13th day of July, 1988, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, and in favor of said resolution, commissioners: <br /> Castle, Bennett, Small, Dodge and Smith <br /> <br /> NOES, Commissioners: None <br /> <br /> Absent, Commissioners: None <br /> <br /> Pres~t,/~ard 6~ Port Commissioners <br /> Secretary, Board of ~er~ ~/ommls$1oners <br /> <br /> 07/13/88 <br /> 400.03 <br /> <br /> <br />
