ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> HOME & HOPE <br /> (Sheltering Program for Families) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this � day of S V. <br /> 2010, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California ( "City ") and Home & Hope, a <br /> California nonprofit organization ( "Contractor "; collectively the "Parties "). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ( "Programs "), and "B" <br /> ( "Quantitative Goals "), attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit B, for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011 (the "Fiscal Year "); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Ten Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($10,000.00) for exclusive use by <br /> Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, <br /> 2011, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS; ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. Contractor will use <br /> the funds provided pursuant to Paragraph 1 solely for the Project purposes <br /> described in Exhibit A ( "Programs ") and Exhibit B ( "Quantitative Goals "), <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> ATTY /AG R/2010.069 <br /> 073010 1 <br />
