w- REG:yc:8 /2/60 -7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3188 <br /> RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING ANNEXED TERRITORY KNOWN AS "LESLIE <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 1" FROM MENLO PARK LIGHTING DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, the hereinafter described territory known as "Leslie <br /> Annexation No. 1" was annexed to the City of Redwood City by Ord- <br /> , <br /> inane° No. 939, said annexation being effective on August 1L., 1959; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said area is included in the Menlo Park Lighting <br /> District; <br /> NOW, THEREFOR : <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19290 of the <br /> Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the here- <br /> inafter described property known as "Leslie Annexation No. 1" <br /> is hereby declared withdrawn from the Menlo Park Lighting District. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of <br /> this resolution to the State Board of Equalization, the San Mateo <br /> County Assessor, and the Menlo Park Lighting District. <br /> 3, The withdrawal of the following described territory from <br /> the Menlo Park Lighting District shall be effective on the date <br /> of adoption of this resolution. <br /> !{..
