7 <br /> RITC : ek : 8 /18/6 0 -7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3185 <br /> RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $175,000 FROM THE <br /> GENERAL RESERVE ACCOUNT TO THE GENERAL FUND, AND PRO- <br /> VIDING FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF SAID SUM FROM THE GENERAL <br /> FUND TO THE GENERAL RESERVE FUND ON OR BEFORE THE END <br /> OF THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to augment the General Fund for <br /> the purpose of placing said fund as nearly as possible on a <br /> cash basis; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That the sum of One Hundred Seventy -five Thousand Dollars <br /> ($175,000) is hereby transferred and appropriated from the <br /> General Reserve Account to the General Fund for the purpose <br /> of meeting the current operating expenses of the General Fund <br /> and for the purpose of placing said fund as nearly as possible <br /> on a cash basis; and, <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> That all of said moneys so transferred from the General <br /> Reserve Account shall be returned thereto and said General <br /> Reserve Account shall be reimbursed in the full amount of said <br /> transfer, to wit, the sum of One Hundred Seventy -five Thousand <br /> Dollars ($175,000) from the General Fund on or before the end <br /> of the fiscal year July 1, 1960 -June 30, 1961. <br /> * * * <br />
