• • ,.. <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 3177 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING MODIFICATION OF <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 2882, <br /> AS AMENDED <br /> BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 1 <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City on October 5, <br /> 1959, did adopt a Resolution of Intention to perform certain <br /> public improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Council has heretofore modified said <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 2882; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Council on August 1, 1960, adopted a <br /> resolution to further modify and amend said Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 2882, as amended; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention was duly and <br /> regularly published in the manner required by law; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Council <br /> of said City on August 15, 1960, on said Resolution of Inten- <br /> tion to Modify and Amend said Resolution of Intention No. 2882; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of Redwood <br /> City and said Council has acquired jurisdiction to order the <br /> modifications and amendments contained in said Resolution of <br /> Intention to Modify said Resolution of Intention No. 2882, as <br /> amended: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Council of <br /> Redwood City as follows: <br /> 1. Said Council hereby orders that the amendments, <br /> modifications and changes in the work to be done under the <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 2882 passed and adopted by the <br /> Council of Redwood City on October 5, 1959, as amended, as <br /> said amendments, modifications and changes are set out in <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 3162 passed and adopted by the <br /> Council of Redwood City on August 1, 1960, shall be made as <br /> follows, to wit: <br /> -1- <br />
