R E S O L U T I ON N 0. 317+ adopted 8/8/60 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MODIFY AND AMEND PROCEEDINGS UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 3072 (REGENT STREET EXTENSION) RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City that the public interest and convenience require, and that it is the intention of said Council to make the following changes and modifications in proceedings had pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3072, adopted by the Council of Redwood City on May 9, 1961: Substitute one and one -half (1- 1 /0) inch water service for one (1 ") inch water service at an increased cost of Silty -Five Dollars ($65.00) per service, with a total of thirty (30) services, making a total increased cost of One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,950.00). FURTHER RESOLVED, that Monday, August 22, 1960, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. of said day, at the regular meeting place of the Council of Redwood City in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, California, is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place where any and all persons have any ob- jections to the amendments, modifications and changes to said Resolu- tion of Intention No. 3072, and the plans and specifications for the work to be done thereunder, may appear and show cause why the said amendments, modifications and changes should not be made, and for hearing all protests in relation thereto. FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of Redwood City is hereby directed to publish this resolution once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, which publication shall be more than ten (10) days prior to August 22, 1960.
