R E S O L U T I 411 411 <br /> ON N 0. .i167 adopted 8 /1/60 <br /> ORDER ADOPTING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT, <br /> CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT, AND <br /> ORDERING THE WORK <br /> JONES COURT <br /> RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> CALIFORNIA, that <br /> WHEREAS, on the 27th day of June, 1960, said Council <br /> adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 3120 to acquire and <br /> construct certain public improvements in and for a portion of <br /> said City, and referred the proposed acquisitions and improve- <br /> ments to the City Engineer of said city, he being the officer <br /> having charge and control of the construction of public im- <br /> provements in and for said City of the kind described in said <br /> Resolution of Intention, and being a competent person employed <br /> by said City for that purpose; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Council thereby directed said City <br /> Engineer to make and file with the Clerk of said City a report <br /> in writing, in accordance with and pursuant to Article II -A of <br /> Ordinance No. 333 of said City, adopted March 14, 1932, as <br /> amended; and <br /> WHEREAS, said report was duly made and filed with <br /> the Clerk, whereupon the Clerk presented it to said Council <br /> for consideration; <br /> WHEREAS, said Council thereupon duly considered said <br /> report and each and every part thereof, and found that it con- <br /> tained all the matters and things called for by the provisions <br /> of Article II -A of said Ordinance No. 333, including (1) <br /> plans and specifications of the proposed improvements, (2) <br /> maps and descriptions of easements to be acquired, (3) estimate <br /> of costs, ( diagram of assessments, and (5) an assessment <br /> -1- <br />
