That all requests for an abandonment of an easement pursuant <br /> to the above mentioned Article 5 for the benefit of a private person <br /> shall be :made to this Council through the office of the City Clerk <br /> and shall be submitted to the City i:anaaer and City Engineer for <br /> their recommendations prior to being presented for Council action. <br /> 2. That every request shall be accompanied by a cash deposit <br /> of One Hundred Dollars (400), which deposit shall be used to defray <br /> any expenses incurred in proceeding under the above mentioned <br /> Article 5, without regard to the Final action taken by the City <br /> Council. <br /> 3. That the balance of the deposit, if any, after deducting; <br /> an amount equal to the actual expenses incurred, shall be returned <br /> to the person requesting the vacation or abandonment. <br /> t' - e • r o 1,.
