• <br /> R E S O L U T I ON N 0. -162 adopted P/1/6n <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MODIFY AND AMEND PROCEEDINGS <br /> UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION N0. 2882 <br /> BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 1 <br /> RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City that the public <br /> interest and convenience require, and that it is the intention <br /> of said Council to make the following changes and modifications <br /> in proceedings had under Resolution of Intention No. 2882 adopted <br /> by the Council of Redwood City on October 5, 1959, as amended. <br /> 1. Substitute the crusher -run fines or sand as backfill <br /> material in place of fine granular soil or sand free from rock <br /> and debris, wherever pertinent insofar as it relates to the <br /> installation of the water mains. <br /> 2. Substitute precast reinforced concrete manholes as <br /> shown on the plans and specifications made therefor in place of <br /> reinforced concrete boxes as originally designated. <br /> Monday, August 15 1960, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. of said <br /> day, at the regular meeting place of the Council of Redwood <br /> City in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br /> Records, Redwood City, California, is hereby fixed as the day, <br /> hour and place where any and all persons having any objections <br /> to the amendments, modifications and changes to said Resolution <br /> of Intention No. 2882, as amended, and the plans and specifica- <br /> tions for the work to be done thereunder, may appear and show <br /> cause why the said amendments, modifications and changes should <br /> not be made, and for hearing all protests in relation thereto. <br /> The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby directed to publish this <br /> resolution once in the Redwood City Tribune a daily (except <br /> Sunday) newspaper,which publication shall be more than ten (10) <br /> days prior to August 1960. <br /> a� <br />
