RJC:ek:5 /19/60 -7 <br /> /0° . i <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3 <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1960 - <br /> JUNE 30, 1961; ORDERING PUBLIC NOTICE BE GIVEN OF <br /> SAID HEARING AND OF THE FACT THAT COPIES OF SAID <br /> PROPOSED BUDGET ARE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION <br /> IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed budget of the City of Redwood City <br /> for the fiscal year July 1, 1960 -June 30, 1961 has been submitted <br /> to the Council of the City of Redwood City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. In accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the <br /> City of Redwood City, Monday, the 2 0th day of June, 1960, at <br /> or about the hour of 8 o'clock P.M. in the Board of Supervisors <br /> Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, California, <br /> is hereby set as the time and place at which a public hearing <br /> will be held on the abovementioned budget. <br /> 2. It is hereby ordered that at least two copies of said <br /> budget be filed in the office of the City Clerk, City of Redwood <br /> City, for inspection by members of the public. <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> cause notice to be published at least once in the official <br /> newspaper stating that copies of the budget are available for <br /> inspection by members of the public at the office of the City <br /> Clerk, City Hall, Redwood City, California, and stating the <br /> time and place at which the public hearing will be held on said <br /> budget. <br /> * * * <br />
