• REG:yc:5 /5/60 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 3086 <br /> RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING ANNEXED T.RRITORY KNOWN AS <br /> "BRESSO ANNEXATION" FROM MENLO PARK FIRE DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, the hereinafter described territory known as "Bresso <br /> Annexation" was annexed to the City of Redwood City by Ordinance <br /> No. 962, said annexation being effective on April 27, 1960; and <br /> WHEREAS, said area is included in the Menlo Park Fire Dis- <br /> trict; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 14218 of the Health <br /> and Safety Code of the State of California, the hereinafter des- <br /> cribed property known as "Bresso Annexation" is hereby declared <br /> withdrawn from the Menlo Park Fire District. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of <br /> this resolution to the State Board of Equalization, the San Mateo <br /> County Assessor, the San Mateo County Clerk, and the Board of <br /> Fire Commissioners, Menlo Park Fire District, Menlo Park, <br /> California. <br /> 3. The withdrawal of the following described territory from <br /> the Menlo Park Fire District shall be effective on the date of <br /> adoption of this resolution. <br /> 4. The property withdrawn is described as follows: <br /> All that territory situate in the County of San Mateo, <br /> State of California, described as follows: <br />
