?;., r 4 ^i : i 'y DTI /4A:0/ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3082 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE <br /> PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> PARKING LOT NO. VI - PARCEL C.1 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer of said City has ascertained <br /> the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality <br /> in which public work is proposed to be performed for work of a <br /> similar character to that described in the plans and specifica- <br /> tions approved by said Council on May 9, 1960; and <br /> WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and <br /> contained in the specifications for said project, copies of which <br /> are on file in the office of said City Engineer and also in the <br /> office of the City Clerk of said City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. That said wage scale as set forth in said specifica- <br /> tions is hereby adopted as the prevailing rate of per diem wages <br /> for work of a similar character to that above described, in the <br /> locality in which such public work is proposed to be performed. <br /> 2. That not less than said general prevailing rate of per <br /> diem wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed <br /> in accordance with said plans and specifications. <br /> * * * * * * <br />
