RES OLUTI ON NO. 3074 <br /> APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING PROTESTS <br /> IN RELATION TO PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT AND DIRECTING NOTICE <br /> REGENT STREET EXTENSION <br /> RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. b 7 <br /> of this Council, adopted pursuant to Article II -A of Ordinance <br /> No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, entitled "Redwood City <br /> Improvement Procedure Ordinance ", as amended, the City Engineer <br /> of said City has filed with the Clerk of this City the written <br /> report called for pursuant to said Ordinance, which report has <br /> been presented by said City Clerk to this Council for considera- <br /> tion, and this Council has considered and preliminarily approved <br /> and confirmed said report, and ordered that the same stand as <br /> the report for the purposes of all subsequent proceedings had <br /> pursuant to said Resolution of Intention. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, said Council hereby finds, orders, and <br /> determines as follows: <br /> 1. That Monday, the 6th day of June, 1960, at the hour of <br /> eight o'clock P.M., in the regular meeting place of said Council, <br /> Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br /> Redwood City, California, be, and the same are, hereby appointed <br /> and fixed as the time and place for hearing protests in relation <br /> to the proposed improvements called for under said Resolution of <br /> Intention and more particularly provided for in said report. <br /> 2. The Clerk of this City is hereby ordered and directed <br /> to give notice of said hearing by two successive insertions in <br /> the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in <br /> said City, and by causing to be conspicuously posted along all of <br /> the open streets within the assessment district at not more than <br /> three hundred (300) feet apart, and not less than three in all, <br /> notices which shall be headed "NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT" in letters <br /> -1- <br />
