RES OLUTI ON NO. 3074 APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING PROTESTS IN RELATION TO PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT AND DIRECTING NOTICE REGENT STREET EXTENSION RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. b 7 of this Council, adopted pursuant to Article II -A of Ordinance No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, entitled "Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance ", as amended, the City Engineer of said City has filed with the Clerk of this City the written report called for pursuant to said Ordinance, which report has been presented by said City Clerk to this Council for considera- tion, and this Council has considered and preliminarily approved and confirmed said report, and ordered that the same stand as the report for the purposes of all subsequent proceedings had pursuant to said Resolution of Intention. NOW, THEREFORE, said Council hereby finds, orders, and determines as follows: 1. That Monday, the 6th day of June, 1960, at the hour of eight o'clock P.M., in the regular meeting place of said Council, Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, California, be, and the same are, hereby appointed and fixed as the time and place for hearing protests in relation to the proposed improvements called for under said Resolution of Intention and more particularly provided for in said report. 2. The Clerk of this City is hereby ordered and directed to give notice of said hearing by two successive insertions in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and by causing to be conspicuously posted along all of the open streets within the assessment district at not more than three hundred (300) feet apart, and not less than three in all, notices which shall be headed "NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT" in letters -1-
