• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3073 <br /> PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> REGENT STREET EXTENSION <br /> RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, California, as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That on the 9th day of May, 1960, said Council did adopt <br /> its Resolution of Intention No. =e7,/,;b to extend and improve <br /> Regent Street in the City of Redwood City by constructing and <br /> installing therein paving, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, storm <br /> drainage facilities, sanitary sewer facilities, water distribu- <br /> tion system (including fire hydrants), the acquisition of property <br /> necessary therefor, and all other work auxiliary to the above which <br /> may be reasonably required to carry out the same in said City. <br /> 2. That the proposed improvement was referred to the City <br /> Engineer, he being the officer having charge and control of the <br /> construction of public improvements in and for the said City of <br /> the kind described therein, and being a competent person employed <br /> by said City for that purpose. <br /> 3. That the said City Engineer has made and filed with the <br /> City Clerk of said City a report in writing as called for in said <br /> Resolution of Intention and under and pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Article II -A of Ordinance No. 333 of said City, adopted March 14, 1932, <br /> as amended,(being the Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance) <br /> which report has been presented to this Council for consideration. <br /> 4 +. That said Council has duly considered said report, and <br /> each and every part thereof, and finds that each and every part of <br /> said report is sufficient and should not be modified in any respect: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, said Council hereby orders as follows: <br /> 1. That the plans and specifications for the proposed improve- <br /> ments to be made, contained in said report, be, and they are, hereby <br /> preliminarily approved and confirmed. <br /> 2. That the maps and descriptions showing the general route <br /> and termini of lands and easements to be acquired, as contained <br /> -1- <br />
