.ti REG:ye:4 /21/60 -7 RESOLUTION NO. 3065 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF WALNUT STREET AND MARSHALL STREET; ESTABLISHING YIELD RIGHT -OF -WAY SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF HAVEN AVENUE AND HOOVER STREET AND AT THE INTERSECTION OF HAVEN AVENUE AND PAGE STREET; AND AUTHORIZING REMOVAL OF STOP SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF HOOVER STREET AND HAVEN AVENUE AND AT THE INTERSECTION OF PAGE STREET AND HAVEN AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 758, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating Traffic on the Streets of Redwood City," adopted February 1, 1954, and the provisions of Section 21354. of the Vehicle Code, the entrance hereinafter designated to the street intersection hereinafter described is hereby declared to be a stop entrance and the City Manager is hereby authorized and direc- ted to cause stop signs to be erected at the location specified herein: (a) Walnut Street at Marshall Street; stop sign to be erected on Walnut Street to control traffic traveling in either direction on Walnut Street at its intersection with Marshall Street. 2. That pursuant to the provisions of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 758 and the provisions of Section 21356 of the Vehicle Code the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause the erection of yield right -of -way signs at the entrances herein- after designated to the street intersections hereinafter described: (a) Haven Avenue at Hoover Street; yield right -of -way signs to be erected on Haven Avenue to control traffic traveling in either direction on Haven Avenue at its inter- section with Hoover Street. (b) Haven Avenue at Page Street; yield right -of -way signs to be erected on Haven Avenue to control traffic traveling in either direction on Haven Avenue at its intersection with Page Street.
