411 REG:yc:4 /25/60 -7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3062 <br /> AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT GRANTS OR <br /> DEEDS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of <br /> California requires that deeds or grants conveying an interest in <br /> real property to political corporations must be accepted by the <br /> Grantees prior to being recorded; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Section 27281 provides a method whereby an of- <br /> ficer or agent may be designated by the political corporation to <br /> accept such deeds on its behalf; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That HELEN C.
