REG:yc:4 /29/60-7 <br /> r - -=-� • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3053 <br /> RESOLUTION COMMENDING WILLIAM H. ROYER FOR HIS <br /> TWO TERMS AS MAYOR OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, William H. Royer has long and ably served the City <br /> of Redwood City as a member of the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, Bill Royer has recently stepped down from serving <br /> as Mayor of the City of Redwood City, a position to which be was <br /> elected for two consecutive terms by his fellow members of this <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the members of this Council wish to give recognition <br /> to the leadership displayed by Bill Royer during his two terms and <br /> to the dignified and impartial manner in which he conducted his <br /> office; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That this Council wishes to take this opportunity to com- <br /> mend William H.
