•JC:ek :4/6/60 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 304 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO NEW <br /> POLICE CARS AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for two new police cars necessary for municipal <br /> purposes, to replace worn out equipment; and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Manager, <br /> consisting of notice of sealed bids, bidding forms, specifications <br /> and bid sheets, for the furnishing of two new four -door sedans, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> call for bids for the equipment designated in the aforementioned <br /> specifications. <br /> * * * <br />
