411 411 REG:yc:4 /8/60 -7 <br /> RES0LUTI ON N0. 3039 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING INVENTORY OF ROAD AND <br /> STREET DEFICIENCIES PREPARED PURSUANT TO <br /> SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 62 <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an Inventory <br /> of Road and Street Deficiencies, an Inventory of Railway Grade <br /> Separation Deficiencies and an Inventory of Bridge Deficiencies, <br /> all of which have been prepared by the Engineering Department of <br /> the City of Redwood City in connection with street deficiencies <br /> existing within the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, said deficiency inventories were prepared pursuant <br /> to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 62 which resolution provides <br /> for a twenty year deficiency report and study to be made to the <br /> State of California, Division of Highways: <br /> NOW, TRE 0RE : <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the Inventory of Road and Street Deficiencies, <br /> dated July 1, 1960, consisting of eight sheets and presently on <br /> file in the office of the City Engineer is hereby approved. <br /> 2. That the Inventory of Railway Grade Separation Deficiencies, <br /> dated July 1, 1960, consisting of one sheet and presently on file <br /> in the office of the City Engineer is hereby approved. <br /> 3. That the Inventory of Bridge Deficiencies, dated July 1, <br /> 1960, consisting of one sheet and presently on file in the office <br /> of the City Engineer is hereby approved. <br /> 4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to forward copies of the above mentioned inventories together with <br /> a certified copy of this resolution to the State of California, <br /> Division of Highways. <br />
