Ceur:cil of she City- o_ red=�r,���d City, <br /> that the .public convenience and necessity require, ant. thc.t it <br /> intends to order in accordance with the - .rocedure set out in <br /> Article I, Ordinance No. 333, entitled Redwood City Improvement <br /> Procedure Ordinance, adopted March 14, 1932, <br /> as amended, the f ol7 owinV -:;York to he done d im-orovements to <br /> be made in and for said City, to wit: <br /> (1) The improvement of Park Street from Cypress Street <br /> to the southerly boundary of Redwood Villa Park <br /> by constructing and installing therein curbs, <br /> gutters, sidewalks, paving, driveway approaches, <br /> on both sides thereof. <br /> (2) The construction and installation of approximately <br /> 305 lineal feet cast -iron water main, together with <br /> fire hydrant and valves and appurtenances. <br /> (3) The removal of all trees, shrubbery, fences, drive- <br /> ways, or other obstructions in the line of the work. <br /> (4) The construction of all work and the furnishing of <br /> all materials necessary therefor auxiliary to any <br /> of the work provided to be done in Sections (1) to <br /> (3) inclusive hereof which may be reasonably re- <br /> quired to carry out said work. <br /> -1- <br />
