RESOLUTION NO 3015 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF REDWOOD CITY, CALL ORNIA, C JECT TO CERTAIN CON- DITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECI- FICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of BARBOUR TRACT, Redwood City, California in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Edwin H. Smith Civil Engineer for Guy and Cecile Barbour, 1743 Edgewood Road, Redwood City, California owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on February 23, 1960 is hereby approved, and all offers of land for public use therein made on said map are hereby accepted subject to the following con - ditions: 1. That prior to the delivery of said map to the owners of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owners or sub- ! dividers of said subdivision shall enter into and execute an agree - ment between the City of Redwood City and the said owners or sub- dividers on that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Barbour Tract ," wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City and the acceptance by the City of the dedication of lands for public use therein contained, shall agree to construct and complete, within the time specified in said agreement, all street and other improvements required of owners under the provisions of Redwood City Ordinance No. 631, entitled "An Ordinance Relating to and Regulating the Development of Subdivisions in the City of Redwood City," and such other street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and /or set forth in the plans and specifications
