REG:yc:2423/60 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 300+ <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF REVOCABLE <br /> PERMIT TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has installed and <br /> maintains an electrical system within the City of Redwood City <br /> pursuant to a franchise granted by the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric desires to install and <br /> maintain certain overhead lines across City owned property as a <br /> part of its electrical system; and <br /> WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has presented to <br /> the Council a sketch indicating the location of said overhead <br /> lines; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to authorize Pacific Gas and <br /> Electric Company to install and maintain such overhead lines <br /> pursuant to the terms of said franchise by the granting of a <br /> revocable permit; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> revocable permit allowing Pacific Gas and Electric Company to <br /> install and maintain overhead lines across City property in the <br /> vicinity of Jefferson Avenue and Farm Hill Boulevard. <br /> 2. That all installation and maintenance of said overhead <br /> lines shall be performed in the area delineated for that purpose <br /> on that diagram prepared by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, <br /> entitled "Joint Pole Line Easement Oddstad Homes Redwood City," <br /> dated December 15, 1959, and numbered SJL- 4147, which diagram <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out at length <br /> herein and to which reference is hereby made to particulars. <br />
