RESOLUTION NO. 2987 <br /> RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST <br /> AND NECESSITY DEMAND THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUC- <br /> TION AND COMPLETION BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> OF THE FOLLOWING MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS, AND <br /> EACH OF THEM, TO WIT: (A) FIVE POINTS INTERCHANGE; <br /> (B) JEFFERSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS; (C) ALAMEDA DE <br /> LAS PULGAS IMPROVEMENTS; (D) MIDDLEFIELD ROAD IM- <br /> PROVEMENTS; (E) BRIDGE AND CULVERT IMPROVEMENTS; <br /> (F) CORPORATION YARD IMPROVEMENTS; (G) CITY HALL <br /> IMPROVEMENTS; (H) PARK AND RECREATION FACILITIES; <br /> AND (I) MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM; AND THAT THE COST OF <br /> SAID MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS, AND EACH OF THEM, WILL <br /> REQUIRE AN EXPENDITURE GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT AL- <br /> LOWED THEREFOR BY THE ANNUAL TAX LEVY. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the e Czty of Redwood <br /> City as follows: <br /> Section 1.
