RES OLUT I ON NO. 2992 <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING COUNTY CLERK OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> TO RENDER SPECIFIED ELECTION SERVICES PURSUANT TO SECTION <br /> 94 OF THE ELCTIONS CODE. <br /> RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood city <br /> as follows <br /> 1. That the Board of Supervisors of the County of San <br /> Mateo shall be, and is hereby requested to permit the County <br /> Clerk of said County to render the services hereinafter speci- <br /> fied relating to the conduct of the consolidated election to <br /> be held within said City on Tuesday, the 12th of April, 1960. <br /> 2. That the election services requested by said City <br /> in connection with the holding and conducting of said election <br /> are more particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, <br /> and incorporated 1 erein the same as though fully set forth at <br /> length. <br /> 3. That the City Council of said City shall, and does <br /> hereby, accept the terms and conditions of the performance of <br /> said election services, and to the payments therefore, as set forth <br /> in Resolution No. of the Board of Supervisors authorizing <br /> the rendering of specified election services to cities and dis- <br /> tricts by said County Clerk, adopted on the day of <br /> 196 . <br /> AYES AND IN FAVOR OF the adoption of the foregoing reso- <br /> lution: Councilmen Fields, Granger, Herkner, Rosselli, Spillers, <br /> Weymouth and Mayor Royer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ' <br /> Mayor <br /> // / / <br /> City /Clerk <br />
