E..r,,. , <br /> undcr v'a:.:= giver& in t c ti.,lle, form and manner required by <br /> law; and <br /> WHEREAS all written protests and other communications <br /> were publicly read at he hearing on said Resolution of Inten- <br /> tion and the Engineerls Report, and all persons desiring to be <br /> heard were fully heard; and <br /> • WHEREAS the Council, by Resolution No. 2899, directed <br /> the filing of an amended En tneer' Report; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City hereby <br /> resolves, determines and orders as follows: <br /> 1. That the protests Lgainst said acquisitions - <br /> improvements, as set out in said Resolution of Intention No. <br /> 2862, were not signed by the owners of a majority or more of <br /> the area of the lands within the assessment district toll) <br /> assessed for the cost and expenses of said work. <br /> 2.
