R ; i ; C L U ' I 1 0 ^' N G. 2904 <br /> E3GLUTIU1 FIXING NINIM i% ¢'r =',F, SCAI.LE <br /> EAYSHuREINDU3R.IAL PARK Iv0. 1 <br /> WHER AS the City Engineer of Redwood City has ascertained <br /> the Penera1 prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality <br /> in which said public work is proposed to be performed for work <br /> of a similar character to that described in Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 2882, adopted October �, 1959 by the Council of <br /> Redwood City; and <br /> W HER:AS said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con- <br /> tained in the specificn.tions for said project, copies of which <br /> are on file in the officeof said Engineer and also in the office <br /> of the Clerk of said City; end <br /> WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City has duly considered <br /> said scale and finds the same to be correct in all Particulars; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said was scale as set forth in the specifications <br /> for the above - mentioned project is hereby adopted nr the prevail- <br /> i nF , rate of per diem 'ages for work of a similar character to <br /> that above described in the locality in which said public work <br /> is proposed to be performed. <br /> 2. That no lessthan said general 9revai.linw: rate of per <br /> diem wages shall he paid for any work proposed to be performed <br /> under aid Resolution off' Tntention No. 2882. <br />
