REG :yc :11/13/59-7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N IT O. 2 9 0 9 <br /> RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE SI ALL CRAFT HARBOR COQ ISSION <br /> A TD THE DIVISION OF SMALL CRAFT HARBORS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City applied to the Division of <br /> Small Craft Harbors, State of California, in the early part of 1958 <br /> for a loan pursuant to the Small Craft Harbors Law; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has had innumerable contacts <br /> with the Division of Small Craft Harbors and with the Small Craft <br /> Harbor Commission during this period; and <br /> UHpILEAS, the Small Craft Harbor Commission and the Division of <br /> Small Craft Harbors and the individual members thereof have exhibited <br /> the utmost in the way of cooperation and courtesy to the City of <br /> redwood City; and <br /> 1n_ EAS, the Commission and the Division have each maintained <br /> a helpful attitude and have displayed an understanding consideration <br /> of the many problems and obstacles that have confronted the City; <br /> "HER a.
