1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2918 <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MODIFY AND AMEND <br /> PROCEEDINGS, ASSESSMENT, ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM, <br /> AND THE ENGINEER'S REPORT, PURSUANT TO <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 2882 <br /> (BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 1) <br /> WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City, on October 5, 1959, adopted <br /> its Resolution of Intention No. 2882 to construct certain improvements <br /> in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 9, 1959, said Council, by Resolution num- <br /> bered 2901, ordered adoption of the Engineer's Report filed pursuant <br /> to said Resolution of Intention No. 2882; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 9, 1959, by Resolution No. 2902, said <br /> Council confirmed the assessments and ordered the work for said <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS the public interest and convenience require, and said <br /> Council intends to amend said proceedings; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows: <br /> 1.
